Ingrid is the Co-Director of the Soul Therapy Centre (a training clinic for healers and therapists and a Corporate Member of the British Holistic Medical Association) in Muswell Hill, North London, with also a private consulting suite of rooms in the London Medical Centre in Harley Street.

She is an effective and popular life coach, trained in teaching Happiness by Robert Holden in this country and Patch Adams of the Gesundheit Institute, USA, and has also trained to lead Exceptional Cancer Patient Groups (ECaPs) under Dr Bernie Siegel, the celebrated oncologist, writer and pioneer of mind/body medicine. She is a Contributing Editor and the spiritual healing advisor on the Advisory Board of “Here’s Health” Magazine.

A member of the BPS Media Panel, she is an international presenter, a prolific writer and broadcaster on psychology, spiritual healing and integrated and complementary healthcare and is quoted extensively in the media.

She is a perfumer who designs exclusive scents to suit each client’s energy. She is an author, her book, “A Year of Spirituality” is published in the UK by MQ Publications, price GBP 6.99, ISBN 1-84072-331-9, and in the USA by Andrews McMeel Publishing, price USD 14.95, ISBN 0-7407-3018-5, and she has just been commissioned to write a feature film script on a spiritual topic.
